As a passionate and accomplished dancer and fitness instructor, my aim with Troupe Fitness is to deliver professional dance fitness classes packed with creative choreography that inspires and energises you.

 

At Troupe, it's about getting more out of your workout. It's about feeling unhindered and connected with the music and your bodies, and with Troupe's signature 4, 5 or 6 week blocks, we deliver fresh new routines regularly to keep you motivated and on your toes!

 

Having launched in March 2022, we now have 3 brilliant weekly Troupes and our formula remains the same - 45 minute weekly classes focussed on aerobic fitness and core strength requiring no equipment, just a love for dancing, which, in my humble opinion, is the absolute best way to boost your physical and mental health. Beyond the classes, we are a welcoming, sociable, creative fitness community always looking for new Troupers. I hope to see you in class soon.
